Really good domain name service provider, but it's AI support chatbot is terrible. Variety of services and customer dashboard are good.Chatbot is very slow and unresponsive, cannot handle middle-level or complex support requests. Basically regurgitates the Namecheap FAQ with a delay. Not helpful, wastes the customer's time.

I love that the person I talk to on the phone was in the US and spoke English. I could understand him well and he helped me understand my purchase because I had never dealt with buying a website before. He resolved all of the issues that I was reaching out for.

I purchased a domain and the system processed it twice. I have disputed the second charge and they still have not sent me my extra payment of 44.95 back. They also removed my access to my domain because of the dispute. So not only did I pay twice for it I also don't have access to it either. I was told it could take 90 days for the payment of the additional charge (I’m still waiting). They have not fixed the problem of my access. I was told months ago that they would fix the problem and it still isn't resolved. So ultimately they are taking my money of almost $90.00 and have given me nothing.
