Namecheap helped with email, lifesaving!My website person ascertained that the problem with my email had to do with my website, and that I hadn't renewed when I needed to. He contacted Namecheap directly and they collaborated to fix the problem. I had many questions that would determine the direction my business would take with respect to my web site. Stay where I was at, or move it to Namecheap. I hoped the person on the phone had the knowledge to not only answer my questions but could I trust her advice? and that was a tall order, coming from me. Many hours later, after she had earned my trust and confidence, she moved my web site over to Namecheap, got me on the right hosting plan, ten yrs.....so inexpensive..... and start off with a 2 yr plan for them to update, make corrections, etc to my site. When the dust settles, we'll discuss a plan for seo updates. At the end of the day, it will only take 4.5 months of what I was paying the other company to pay for all my changes and a few others with other domain names and a web site they take care of for me.Those changes was hosting for one web site, monthly to 5 yrs and updating the domain registration. Then my main business web site, migrating it to their server, 10 yrs hosting, 2 yrs editing, updating as needed. I couldn't be more happy with the end results. We finished up with me feeling very confident that my web site is in better hands and more important, I won't lose any organic traffic that I have earned over the last 3.5 years. Side note that is really important to me is: my web site is now being hosted in the USA, not in a time zone 8 hrs ahead, which could be China or another country in that time zone. My account manager, from the previous company had no idea where their servers are and when I logged into WordPress, my login in time showed 8 hrs ahead.....pretty lame!

I am so happy with my web hosting company, I am with Namecheap and I had a little problem but I spoke to Jason who’s a supervisor there and he was so amazing! and took care of everything for me. I am so grateful to Jason and couldn’t recommend them enough!!
