Timely and solid info hrlp

Bought a domain, went to transfer to another server and it kept telling me the OTP was incorrect (when it wasn’t) and they locked my account for 7 days, after calling and spending a total of 2 hours of my day the representative was able to convince the team to lower it to 36 hours but like wtf.. I bought this domain and they’re still restricting it.

The wait time to speak to a rep was 8 minutes which too long but the rep was courteous. He could not fulfill my request; I need to call back tomorrow but I appreciate the courtesy

The representative, Nido, was very helpful in explaining to me what I needed to do in order to renew my domain names. He Took the time to consult the team to see what they could do in order to help me. He was very kind and it was very easy to fix. It definitely made me feel less stressed, knowing that that problem was solved.
