From Overwhelmed to Fully SatisfiedI have been having issues with my Namecheap account for quite some time now but this time around at was super urgent. I was trying to handle an upgrade and just get into my account. I got overwhelmed so I decided to call Namecheap. Firstly, I got through so quick! I was so impressed. Then I spoke to my agent Jordan. She was so patient with me even when I expressed being overwhelmed and I asked her to go over one process over and over again. Honestly the best service I have received in quite some time. Jordan deserves a raise, an award, a bonus...all the things. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I initially bought a domain in auction. Paid for it and was waiting for the transfer of the domain. After 22 days and several emails the domain didn't reach my account. I received a confirmation of cancellation for the transaction from a staff member. I then started looking for an alternative domain for my self elsewhere. I found it and paid for it. Two weeks later I enquired regarding my refund only to be told that I won't get one and that the original domain was now coming to my account. In out of pocket now and they don't care. I will advice all of my clients to move away from this host. Untrustworthy and dishonest.

I have had a deeply disappointing experience with Namecheap. This company lacks integrity and has proven to be untrustworthy. They seem more interested in pushing their products than genuinely supporting their customers’ needs. I faced challenges trying to speak with a live representative—they are hard to reach, and when I finally did, it was not helpful.Despite my reliance on their services for my business, they canceled my services without warning, notifying me only by email. Reaching out to resolve this was fruitless, as they responded with more automated emails instead of real support. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Namecheap has truly let me down and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable partner for their business.UPDATE: November.7th 2024Namecheap claimed they sent an email in response to my complaint—no email ever arrived. This is just another example of their failure to follow through. Enough is enough.UPDATE #2No, it hasn’t landed in my junk mail. I have been receiving emails all morning from others. Just wanted people to realize the unprofessionalism and integrity issue Namecheap has. Namecheap cancelled my service with an email then not being able to speak with anybody then going through trustpilot to some phantom person that says they sent me an email should make a statement.No, I haven’t received any email from Namecheap or trust pilot.
