This was my second time calling customer service and getting great service. They work hard to fix the issues and are very knowledgeable. I’ve always got great solutions. I completed a purchase today that was weird to figure out for which John, the agent, was already connected to the people who guided us. Great service!! And the guys are very personable. I’m glad they were patient with me. Again, great service!!

I recently noticed a charge come up for Microsoft 365 on one of the accounts that I had with Namecheap.com. When I opened it and reviewed it I noticed that I actually had the same charge coming up multiple times on different accounts. So I called to cancel this one and the duplicates and actually received great service. I think the only thing that would’ve been better would be if Namecheap had noticed this issue ahead of time and thought to warn me about duplicative charges. But as to help I received and the expediency at which she resolved the problem, I would definitely recommend Namecheap for that customer service.

The representative at Namecheap was very patient and informative. He was able to make all needed changes, transfers, purchases and migrations easy to understand and did so in a timely fashion. He provided “next step” info on what to expect and explained all services provided and extra availability. I would highly recommend Namecheap for a reliable, informative and affordable service for all website, host, url needs.

Contacted Namecheap by phone with a Website Builder question. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and was able to offer an informative explanation on what I needed to do to resolve the issue. Within a few minutes I was able to publish the changes successfully.
