I recently noticed a charge come up for Microsoft 365 on one of the accounts that I had with Namecheap.com. When I opened it and reviewed it I noticed that I actually had the same charge coming up multiple times on different accounts. So I called to cancel this one and the duplicates and actually received great service. I think the only thing that would’ve been better would be if Namecheap had noticed this issue ahead of time and thought to warn me about duplicative charges. But as to help I received and the expediency at which she resolved the problem, I would definitely recommend Namecheap for that customer service.
