I had a very short wait, they were efficient, thorough and resolved my issue.

If I could give lower than lower than 1 star I would! I went to them to remove some simple fault codes but the completely messed up my ECU….which cost me so much to get replaced. Do not use their service they are completely inexperienced and refused to take accountability for their mistake.

I have been a customer since 2008. My renewal came through as denied since my credit card on file had been stolen. I overlooked the email so they turned off my domain. Not even a month since it expired the last past of October. To get it back I had to pay an extra $80 redemption fee. $102 when normal renewal would have been about $21. They obviously didn’t care about an existing long time customer. I looked for an email to directly send my concerns but nothing found.

my experiences with go daddy has been good, i am a customer since 1999, all has been good, until 6 months ago when I had to reset my email account, with Microsoft exchange 360, the program was a nightmare, agravated me to the extent that I wanted to leave go daddy, to go to Bluehost, until this morning that a representative name Jen answered the phone. she was great and answered my questions and solved the problems that I had, then I decided to stay with go daddy. big thank you to Jen, and keep up the good work.
