I just open my business. I’m not really up and running yet. I stressed every day because I was not receiving any emails for my website. My phone connection was not working. After speaking with Marlon, he reassured me that we would not get off the phone until all of my equipment was working properly. I’m able to, receive emails edit my website and 100% satisfied with their service. I don’t have a lot of knowledge with computer systems however Marlon took his time to explained to me and did not make me feel uncomfortable. Marlon guided me through the process for both of my smartphones and desktop computers until he got all my equipment up and running.?? I can now edit my website and receive emails as well as have conversations with customers. He gave me an insight on my webpage layout that may help customers see a little more information when they pull it up. Marlon is an awesome employee.
