He took his time.. I was very confused about what I needed

I was disappointed to find that Namecheap’s website builder templates and features lack multilingual capabilities. This option is only available with their WordPress package, which wasn't clear upfront. For a platform of this size, it would be helpful if Namecheap made this information more transparent, as other website builders do. Multilingual support is essential for reaching a wider audience, and I hope they consider adding it to their main website builder plans.

630894163I have purchased MS email, then I have cancelled the purchase just after afew days, but Namecheap won't refund me. I have spoken to 3 different agents and they have ALL confirmed to me that they have issued the refund. I do have proof screen shot of this. Unfortunately, the money didn't go to my account. Now Namecheap sent me an email saying its non refundable. PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THEM A HUNGRY SCAMMER NEEDS YOUR MONEY. I have raised a report with PAYPAL. No one told me it is nonrefundable, they all said to me it is refundable, also told me they have refunded it to my original payment method. But haven't received it. I don't want a store credit. What would I do with it? I am not planning to go back to your website ever again, after this type of scam. Please refund it to the original payment method. Thank you

I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with a service provider. Trying to cancel my Namecheap domain has been an absolute nightmare. The process is incredibly complicated and unclear—I've been on hold with customer service multiple times, only to get transferred around or have my issue completely ignored.And to make matters worse, they constantly try to upsell me on additional services that I don’t need or want. It feels like they’re more focused on making money off of me than providing a seamless user experience. I’m beyond frustrated and completely dissatisfied with their service.Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable, user-friendly provider. Namecheap’s lack of transparency and constant attempts to squeeze more money out of you make them impossible to recommend.

I am a grandmother and have used Go Daddy since 2011. They have always been very professional and given me extra time and information. In my time with them, I have never had an inexperienced person take my call. And I have bought numerous Go Daddy names and had a website. Who’s your Go Daddy?
