Ive been with Namecheap for years.I recently had a difficult website issue, and a very special support agent was able to quickly and fully resolve the concern, and with care to shift the nature of the call from a problem to a sense of team support.What dear real people they are.

Our email account was not working and I talked to a young man that walked me and my 82 yr old husband through the steps to fix it. The Namecheap representative was extremely courteous and helpful to us. We were dreading calling, but he totally helped us and walked us through it.

Efficient, concise, professional

I have been receiving emails all day every day saying Site Down, Site Online. It is so frustrating to get these all day long. I was told I could turn off all emails, but then how would I know if it was something serious? There has got to be someway these emails which"are not significant" can stop. Very frustrating.
