So BAD customer service, and nobody ensure issues get fixed. We registered a .cn domain and it is still not activated. I have uploaded passport, get email with "REGISTRANT_DOCUMENT_INVALID", but it is my correct passport, and what precisely does that message mean. I uploaded our company certificate, it is precisely the right certificate, but same result. The emails you get back are so unspecific you cannot figure out what may be wrong. Now been back and forward for 5 weeks and 39 emails.... 5 weeks and 39 emails !!! are you kidding me...Been in contact with customer service - chat and phone - several times. Never get a real answer what is the problem. How is it then getting solved. There is never any real follow up, just the useless emails "We're sorry, we were not able to activate your domain." How is that solving anything. Now latest the .cn domain does not even show on our admin on page dcc.Namecheap.com/ control/portfolio (Does show on main page account.Namecheap.com /products, BUT from there you cannot administrate the registrant, tech contact etc. so cannot see info or fix any errors !!!)I could easily show someone if anybody bothered to do a conference call with screensharing, BUT no of cause no will to actually fix the problem, just 39 emails back and forward !So now it is not one problem but TWO problem. And still no fixing, no follow up, just wasting time of customer.Lastest chat I repeatedly explained again and again, that the specific .cn domain does NOT show, and the person Priyanka answer it show in our system.... WELL again it is NOT showing on my admin page ! Provided screenshots. No help just that I could look up in .cn register. WHAT ! So if not showing at Namecheap how am I going to eg renew, to change address or other. This latest person, Priyanka, just saying it is showing, even when I send screenshot showing it is NOT showing (on the portfolio page). Such a useless customer service person. During the last 5 weeks one person was helpful, I got his email and screenshots etc send back and forward. But now his email is not working.... NOW, if anyone at Namecheap read this, then do something about it. Get my problem SOLVED. You can call me, you can see my number on the account number (which is provided in this form under Customer Number). BUT a manager that actually will followed up. And not your chat, and be pushed back and forward + every time it is starting all over. Therefore an email of a real person, so there can be a string to track the communication, so you get the issues, and not some half thing and chat, where it is like starting all over every time. If you are not prepared to realise it is YOUR PROBLEM and follow up 100% to the finish line to fix it, then do not bother wasting my time. It is just enought now. And please do not write so nice "we are so sorry" here on Trustpilot to make it look good, I would not care, I only care about that you make sure it gets fixed ! Further: You seriously need to change your customer service processes. AND you seriously need to change your (automated) email responses, so they provide SPECIFIC issue - stated not valid dociment is NOT specific. And no it is not covered the FAQ or help. It is completely impossible to figure out a specific reason, to know what EXACTLY is wrong. (and I know by now, I am not the only one with this frustration). Only thing that seems to work is noisy sales banner and sales texts on Admin. This is ADMIN, you go there to get a job done, not being overrun by loud sales texts. / Marc
