I have had a problem in the past getting my email and needed to cancel my account on Namecheap. Emer, the customer service rep was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely use Namecheap again, no doubt.

TERRIBLE company. Do not waste your time or your money. They overcharge and underdeliver beyond anything you could expect. I made the mistake of letting them sign me up for Microsoft. Then when I tried to migrate to another service - because it was quarter the cost and better support - they locked me out of my Microsoft account and 3 days later they can't work out how to unlock it. I've spent hours and hours on hold and no one knows what they're doing. Meanwhile I'm locked out of email, calendar, and office. So if you like being able to do your job or run your company, don't sign up with Namecheap

Functions well but their default upsell to renew for multiple years is a bit irritating with the worst part being of the Namecheap experience being their ever increasing prices. Anyone can find a better price for domains.

Excellent support staff. I still have Issues with Namecheap’s auto renewal glitches and obtuse website structure that makes viewing charges extremely challenging to know what you’re paying for. Three hours later, thanks to phone support, I’ve got it sorted out.

Sadly, in general customer service expectations, are usually low. So I was pleasantly surprised with my Namecheap experience. I dealt with two people on separate occasions & both were helpful, patient & engaging.
