Namecheap support has always been a 5 star. They are the main reason I have been a customer for over ten years

Cancelled my domain due to a ridiculous renewal fee, and the associated emails and inboxes stopped working without notification. Have been paying for months and only when contacting an absolutely useless customer service rep was I told I needed to just know this and there was a warning if I had logged into my dashboard and went through some menus. Cancelling all products associated with Namecheap as I'm not spending my time doing their jobs for them or getting fleeced out of money for products they know aren't working.

This lady has joy. She is so pleasant, calm and right to the point in conversation.

Will not allow me to cancel my contract after more than quadrupling my charges. Been trying to cancel for days now. I have received your email but it will not let me send my information to you !

Always called and got great customer support in the past and again today.

Repeatedly reporting the same scammer to this company via their abuse[a]Namecheap.com and on their form (as a proof of concept) confirms, that this company - actively - hosts Russian scammers and phishers and doesn't remove and permanently ban them. They even provide services to those scammers at the same time to hide their identity. Is there a class action lawsuit or other litigation that is ongoing or in the making and that needs evidence in the form of hundreds of reports and emails that have been directly ignored continuing - intentionally - to host the scammers and other cyber criminals? If so, I can provide hundreds of those emails and other reports without the company addressing the reports and domains as to aid the courts in taking down this company and other similar rogue players once and for all.*** Update September 19th, 2024 ***a) you are lyingb) there are numerous reports from other persons that are identical to minec) you deliberately harbor criminals which makes you liable for wire fraud with the prospect for fines and even jailtimed) would you like me to prove that you are lying by showing you the evidence of your inaction and intentional non-removal of paying online criminalse) you are - by law - obliged to remove, block and pass on information to law enforcement on fraudulent content that you host (there is no such thing as "it is not your place to determine whether a website is engaged in illegal activity" - you harbor Russian cyber criminals that send out mails with links to scam content on - your - servers which makes you act criminal as well - period!)Looking forward to your company being taken to court and jail sentences handed down to CEO's and other leadership enabling the scamming.

Quick and thorough help when needed, as opposed to some places where you have to deal with emails back and forth and waiting around to resolve an issue. They have always been easy to reach and eager to help resolve any issues.

Great customer support very helpful

After calling support on 5, yes 5 occasions to resolve an issue with Microsoft 365 Outlook, being told on 3 of those calls that the issue has been resolved, the issue has still not been resolved. I've been a 20+ year client of Namecheap and have never seen this lack of support. If you are looking for a reliable service, sadly, Namecheap isn't capable. Beware.
