Poor communication when I address a big problem. Never resolved it or explained why it couldn't be resolved. I addressed this problem with management and they never responded. I mean every department. Spent 90 minutes on chat with customer service only to be told the problem has no solution and no explanation. My online store used to be able to offer International First Class through Namecheap. Now it won't even come up as an option anymore. USPS still offers the option but Namecheap's interface won't show it as an option to my customers at checkout. The cheapest option it presents is International Priority Mail and that's too expensive even for small items. I have lost a lot of sales to abandoned carts after customers saw the lack of cheaper shipping. You used to have it. Why is it no longer there? It's not a problem on USPS's end. It's yours.

Namecheap blocks domain transfers away from GD if they value your domain at $100US or over.Their CRON is unpredictable and unreliable, and the Guides are buffers to waste your time.
