Had a refund issue. Ana, Namecheap CSR, was personable, efficient, and smart. She quickly resolved the issue with my missing Namecheap credit. Because of Ana, I will continue using Namecheap as my domain/websites specialist.

The team was unsuccessful in getting the domain I inquired about and it took over 4 months to be resolved. It's important to note... Namecheap Broker Agents work on commission, so they're not incentivized to get you the best deal. In a weird way, they're working against you. Communication during the process was poor. The team did not have the proper knowledge or knowhow to obtain the domain. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service. It was a waste of my time and money.

I’m very unhappy I’ve been waiting months for my website to be up and still don’t have it up. I paid a couple thousand for them to design it and I still don’t have nothing. They don’t put no effort or anything in it bare minimum, my teenager could’ve done better I’ve talked to 20 different people and still my website is not up. I’m so unhappy. It’s really bothering me emotionally really I tried to do something good for my husband and it just backfired. I’m not a review kind of girl, but I am so unhappy. Then they said I couldn’t have a refund because it was over 30 days. What’s not my fault they don’t have my website up they never told me this How am I supposed to know if I want to refund if I haven’t seen my website yet? Then they just push you off to different people and you have to tell everybody the whole whole story again and then look at you like you’re crazy now they’re trying to charge me more

I would not recommend Go Daddy as a website host for start ups - use another website host like wordpress.I had to Freeze my account for 2 months due to cash flow issues - meanwhile Go daddy had deleted the website I had created.The online support I received from go daddy was very slow even though I was a paid client.
