The introductory email from Namecheap said they were ready to help. That’s an understatement! I’m new to setting up a website, linked email, etc. Despite my best efforts following detailed written instruction, I was getting nowhere. However one call to the customer service line at Namecheap fixed everything. Marc John was thorough, personable, and above all patient. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m eager to do more with the website!

I am not a website developer. I understand the basics and can point and click with the best of them, and Ian was able to explain what was wrong and what needed to be fixed without making me feel like an idiot. He recommended WordPress Premium Support, which is affordable. I can pay for one month at a time rather than have to sign up for another subscription. Thanks, Ian.

The process of purchasing, paying, maintaining and offloading is very easy. Most domains are relatively affordable for small businesses and individuals, while the terms and conditions for its use are reasonable.

Namecheap let me have one year of domain registration for free because I explained that I could not afford to renew it at present. Really helpful staff only downside was very long time to wait before I got through to someone. However they do offer WhatsApp as an alternative to a phone call ??
