Great customer service. Fast and efficient. I recommend calling when you need specific help, as the chat customer service folks (who I assume were human people behind the screen) were not nearly as knowledgeable as when I called to speak with a person.

Namecheap is comparatively young in the hosting crowd, but they're growing on me. Just being able to talk to a live person is a huge improvement over the impersonal "chat" you get with other companies. Whether it is your business or your "legacy," your website is important and it's their job to help you create it and protect it.

I’ve been using Namecheap for some time now, and their support team has consistently gone above and beyond to help me. Recently, I had an issue with a website migration to Namecheap. The support team not only resolved the problem quickly but also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future.Their patience, expertise, and professionalism are truly commendable. It’s clear they care about their customers and want them to succeed. I highly recommend Namecheap for WordPress hosting—it’s reliable, user-friendly, and backed by an amazing support team. Thank you, Namecheap, for the peace of mind!

STAY AWAY!!! Asked for domain transfer and they denied. Had to wait barely a month for my business to run correctly and this is unacceptable. This caused us damage in launch phase...DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

A lot of my time was killed after many calls and discussions about purchasing a product/services. It happened two times that after long discussions and discussions with supervisors we made agreements, I was charges and promised to be called the day after. And when these guides called, informed me that the service/product has been cancelled. Very very irritating! I was recommended by some friends to migrate to Namecheap which I did, but it all ended unfortunately in a big disappointment. I never got any explanation for why things ended up as they did.

Namecheap has struck out with me. Third strike this morning. Do not use them. They do not honor specials and deals they have made in the past, and they do not use true English speakers for support anymore. I used to love their deals, and their 24/7 true english support. In fact, I liked them so much that I have 96 domains registered with them, along with sending many web clients to their services. Strike one happened several years ago when they migrated a bunch of their servers, without providing an automatic migration service or route. So for me with a bunch of custom word press sites, this is a full site rebuild for every single one. And as I was out of town at the time, it couldn't happen. But what kind of host does that, migrates servers without a migration path for standard platforms like wordpress? So I lost thousand of hours of work and money. Strike two was when they deleted a bunch of free hosting accounts I had received as part of domain registration specials. Buy a domain, and get simple hosting. So I bit. And I developed a ton of sites. Then a couple years later, they nuked them all, all but two. They were also free sites bought as part of domain sales, but were deluxe free accounts. So I bit. Then just this past week, they deleted those as well, without any warning whatsover. When I talked to Namecheap support to get them back, they offered to restore them both for, get this, $540. Ummmm, can we say extortion? Namecheap, how far have you fallen! Never again. I'm going to be migrating my domain registrations away from them as well. They have become scam scum. So sad.
