Terrible customer service & response times Having invested 000s over the years in Namecheap and about to invest even more their customer service has been non existent and utterly unresponsive

Me and my boyfriend went to this man to get a new battery put in his watch, the man said he could not fit the battery as there is damaged connectors in the watch, my boyfriend then found out from another watch place that the connectors had been damaged and the man who did it never told us and sent us away with a broken watch. He now has to pay £90 to get his watch fixed because of this man .

We launched our new site and had payment issues at checkout. Within 52 minutes the issue was resolved and working great. All good.

Started to make a website and decided to upgrade to one of the more expensive premium plans which did not work. was advised a whole host of stuff which blamed me instead of helping i payed £40 for nothing and still awaiting a refund. ontop of that the customer service representitives constantly asked me for more money for another account to fix the issue having been unable to fix the other one!? they wanted at first £60 to migrate the website to a new account with £35 monthly on top they then changed this to i can make the website again for a cost of £30 per month... wow!

The customer service was fantastic.

I have been with this company since 1999 and not only has their products led the field with innovative design and technology but they have also made customer service a priority!

HIRE many more representatives like HARLEY. He was the BEST!!!!
