When it's about payments, you click and literally one second later the payment is made, no otp, nothing. BUT if you made a mistake and need reiumbursement, you will go through hell, spend hours with them on chats and phones and get NOWHERE. They will never reimburse you. I also double paid one service because of a credit card issue, they dont care, they'll will never answer you when you ask for wrong payments to be reiumbursed even when you paid twice by mistake for one same product. But they are the kings when it's about you paying just about anything. I will move my domains and never use Namecheap or advise it to anyone!

Overpriced and customer services is shocking! I had to end the call as she couldn't understand me and it was getting too frustrating. Will try and switch my domains and 365 subscription to somewhere else. AVOID!!!

I am extremely disappointed with Namecheap's services. Their servers are constantly down, and I frequently encounter firewall messages, making my website inaccessible. When I reach out to their support team, instead of resolving the issue, they try to push me into purchasing a more expensive premium plan.This is unacceptable, especially since I’ve already paid 2,500 dirhams for hosting and security. It feels like Namecheap is more interested in blackmailing its clients for more money rather than providing reliable service. Shame on you for treating loyal customers this way.Avoid wasting your money on this service!

Lost my phone, logged into my account to update phone number to my new one. The strategy for Go Daddy is to send a code to your old phone number... when this obviously doesn't work, you then get logged out of your account and can't access, unless you type in the code that is sent to your old phone number. Went to online chat, after 1.5 hours still no resolution as a code was meant to be sent to my registered email which it wasn't (checked all junk and spam). Was sent a form to complete to prove I'm legit. Completed this and received an email (my registered email) that they can't help, now back on chat, a new chat advisor has taken over and I have to go through the story so far again. Difficult to communicate as the first question was 'May I know do you have received the ART ticket?' I'm not sure what this means so I now need to look for a different website provider as 2 hours (and counting) to change a phone number is obviously ridiculous.

The representative was very helpful, and fixed my problem quickly. I would not have had the problem however, if Go Daddy formatted their account page more intuitively. The tiles on the page are complicated to navigate, and I ended up purchasing hosting for the wrong domain. Shawn was able to fix it, and I’m all set now but this problem never would’ve happened if you would consider re-organizing that part of your website to be more intuitive for users. Love go daddy have had great experiences and remain a happy customer.

Just awful. I have a problem connecting email on a new device. One account connects seamlessly and the other claims authentication problems. Spoke to 4 "support" people, Not one was interested in understanding the problem. They had a script and would not diver from it even when it was clear that they were not considering the real problem. It is clear they have replaced what used to be competent and concerned support with the cheapest they could find. They can be fine if you do not have a problem, but if you do beware.

While the customer rep was resolving my account, i explained that i was first nation and that i didnt pay tax, he had no idea what i was talking about and kept evading the question, which resulted in my issue not been resolved.He also said to email him back with questions which i did and have not heard back after 2 emails.

Company seems ok until it goes wrong. Customer service is quick to try and help, but if it’s a refund you are after who a product does not work for you or your business then don’t hold your breath!! I have been waiting for over a month (still waiting) & keep getting the runaround from different agents giving every excuse why the monies have not been given back!

absolute disgrace of a company. went online chat to try to sort my DNS settings because my domain was with somebody else. instead of helping me they were hounding me to try and sell me on one of their domains. i then called up to try and get help as it says 'we'll take you through this' and instead of even attempting to help me the adviser just said you need to go to your domain host
