The previous two tech support did not fully engaged in the issues for solution. The first tech support resolved by sending me instruction to manage it myself. The second one said to receive the tech support it will cost $250 per service. The third one said to ask my own IT specialist. I find these not a workable customer service. On top of this the first tech support sold ab email storage a product without offering reasonable good options to choose from. At last the most recent tech support provided all the detail solutions to overcome the issues and able to help me getting the best way to resolve email storage issue that made most sense. Customer service by Namecheap has to be a customer service, not forwarding customers to self-help link or to call an IT technician.

I still have a few days until my domain renewal but I can't renew it without "redemption fee". The fee, which even the support didn't know was billed 7 days before renewal.... are you serious?! On top of that, I can't get an auth info code to move MY domain to another registrar. MY domain, which is still valid for a few days. This is bs to be honest. Please, don't buy your domains there. They will everything to make whatever you want to do impossible.EDIT: It's a few days later. I renewed the domain + paid the ridiculous redemption fee. Then I switched the auto-renew off. Then I got the auth info code and my domain is already being moved to another registrar. And after all of this I still get emails how I should add a new payment method, because I will lose the domain. The domain that is no longer there... Ridiculous! Btw please, teach your employee Ellie Mae that she should respond to questions when the customer is asking.
