I just got off the phone with Dan who really knew what he was talking about and solved my somewhat complicated problem in a flash. A lot of service providers have thick accents that make communication tough at times (the Scottish accents are the worst!). Didn't have that problem today. Dan also had some great recommendations that were truly looking out for my best interests. I'm sticking with Namecheap... plus they've got killer Superbowl commercials!

If you get a US based tech support rep they will be able to help with your issue. If you get a foreign based rep hang up and try again because they typically can't resolve your issue.
