I had been working with a company that had my domain name . They sent me an email letting me know that I needed to renew soon and to please make a payment. I tried emailing and calling various time with no luck. I called Namecheap and the representative was so helpful and kind, he went above and beyond to help me.

The US reps are great. It is just getting past the outsourced ones that is the problem. This is an on-going issue, please bring your reps to the United States.
