My experience was great because of Malia I was advised of one thing and called back to get assistance with that and she updated me on better aspect of dealing with a transfer to anothercompany i reallydidn'tneedtomake. What would make the business better, all agents advising clients on the same information, having product awareness as Malia has assisted me and relieved me from making a decision that would have been the wrong way to approach my situation. I'm grateful for her help.

This company took £500 from me to swim with the dolphins for me and my 3 kids! The man that sold this to me cancelled by message no reason why, he offered another day. He then said that was cancelled and I could have a refund. I managed to ask for another day as we really wanted the experience. He yet again cancelled and I’ve had no refund. He continues to tell be to check my bank!!

Having got into a mess with my Namecheap account ie. emails, products & company changes, plus change of employees since Covid, they spent >3 hours today and wouldnt go, until absolutely everything was completed, ready for my business to add new employees and a far more organised future. The lady was excellent, so patient! & you get through so quickly!

My issue being in regard to a product renewal. The billing did no go through the payment choice I had expected. In the wee hours of the morning I had discovered the issue. With a phone call to Go Daddy, I was able to reach a real person whom was able to walk through the situation and with the assistance of a supervisor we had a full resolve.
