Namecheap stole my domain after my site's support team forgot to renew it. Now they're holding it hostage and demanding a hundred times the original price.

The representative stayed on with us, or put us on brief holds while he discovered the problem. It was nice to be kept informed and checked-in with often during the holds.

Most importantly, we all know how rare it is to speak to the same customer service rep twice… but Charles said he was going to call me back… and he followed up and did! WOW

i send one packet 19th feb and paid for it but 7 april i got new invoice to pay 660kr extra which is totally fake and the company wrote fasle data. my paket weight was 25kg and i put 2kg extra but the compay saying weight is 35kg.
