I called Namecheap this morning to ask why my email address (forrest @yougenterprises.com) was connected to yougenterprisesllc.com and not connected to my main website, yougenterprises.com. Matthew really went the extra mile to identify the source of the problem and said he would have to reach out to the Namecheap agent who I had spoken to yesterday (Emanuel, the Namecheap Cust Svc Supervisor) to resolve the issue I was having with a $100 fee before paying my yougoenterprises.com domain renewal.

I really would like to leave zero stars but I cannot. Our experience signing up with Namecheap for email and web hosting services has been beyond horrendous. They mis-sold products to us (Jade7719). They then repeatedly sent emails and when we phoned to sort they didnt have a clue what they were doing. Conversations were not recorded, tickets not always logged or logged incorrectly, products deleted when not asked to etc etc. Each call handler told us a different thing, one - yes you can have a full refund, another no you can't etc. I would like to take them to court but cannot as they don't have a UK address - and they cannot tell you where to send court documentation to. Have spent hours trying to resolve and was offered compensation by one call handler - guess what - on another call this was rescinded - and of course they cannot check up on calls as they don't record anything properly. Its simply a joke company that don't want to know. Please don't change to this company if you value your sanity.You are asking me to provide an email on trustpilot which is not possible to do, nor do I want to provide my customer number (you have it anyway in order that the review be verified). So you are simply copying and pasting a response which cannot be followed up by ourselves - yet you have our customer number and cannot be bothered to do so - typical Namecheap - useless.What a surprise - Namecheap fails to respond again - so your response was just copied and pasted, you have no intention of getting in touch or solving any issue!

Started to have problems when purchasing a product from Namecheap domain auction. The links diverted me endlessly to Swedish site and payment also in SEK and when changed the currency to EUR then chart was emty.2 days later won another domain when picked both it led me to Sweden again but if i dropped the first one all worked and paid for that. So started to make a lot of screenshots and sent over the information with arrows and explanations to Namecheap Auctions in Namecheap.com>. Also several links just didn't work sent them screenshots with explanations again. Despite all that they decided to suspend my account because the domain was not paid and also added admin fee 50€. I have sent them explanations, screenshots but to Namecheap support it became more like a game for them. There are thousands of complaints about the arrogant customer service all over the internet searches. I have been their customer over 10 years and now ruined it for 19€ domain name where Namecheap customer service didn't bother.For more information i will share some posts with screenshots and information.
