Absolutely worthless. Tried about 10 times to set up my email with them. They are useless. I had a supervisor tell me he would send a password the next day and did not. Several follow-ups were ignored. Use somebody else! Follow up: Namecheap should check their records. I attempted to resolve the issue with a J LaCorte repeatedly and was ignored. I was hung up on, transferred around. The latest is that Namecheap still can't explain what happened to my email and has had to totally delete it and start again. I expected more.
