I called GD re a billing issue and spent 3 + hrs on the phone with GD agent Joy in KL who convinced me to switch from CPanel to MWP which caused my website to disappear and then hung up on me. With multiple GB guides trying to sell me services over 3 days the issues was not solved, until Dan in Manila took my call and solved the issue within 2hrs.

I have used Namecheap for years without any issues. I went in to forward my domain to a different domain I own and couldn't get it to go. I contacted customer service and the very patient lady on the other end walked me through each step and it was resolved immediately. I am a new small business who purchased a website from them with commerce. One of their employees accidently deleted the entire website without authorization and did not read a request correctly in chat records. The employee had to do an emergency backup of the site and now my commerce has not worked for 3 weeks. They are POOR to respond, they don't call back when they say they will, they close tickets that are not fully resolved and do not take responsibility for an error they created. This is a very poor experience for a new small business. I have a lot of Instagram traffic and work trade shows and have NO way to sell via online. I am deeply disappointed in response time and would NOT recommend. It will kill your sales right out of the start. This has been going on 3 weeks and no resolution.
