Outstanding customer service agent.. helpful and efficient..

Just bought a domain from their website yesterday. I had some issues getting it running. I called today and their customer service assistant was super helpful. I will recommend Namecheap.

I have owned my business for 31 years. Several years ago, I paid someone local to set up the domain. I have my website set up through Squarespace. The person passed several months ago, and Namecheap will not give me access to the domain because his name is on it. I was paying with my CC, which just expired. My email is associated with the domain, and I am losing business. No one will help. I have every document with my tax ID and license.

I have several businesses and all of them with dodaddy for now 10 plus years! Upgrades & integrations are seamless! Great company with kind and knowledgeable employees too! 10/10 recommend!

Support has been hit or miss with Namecheap so far but the people that I have worked with that gave me the right impressions are VERY sharp and more than make up for the greenhorns I have also had to work with.

I had a very rough time with the two factor authentication that my email service forced me to use. I was very upset and frustrated when I called Namecheap, and Conor was more than amazing. Asked me how I was feeling and had a real human conversation before walking me through how to turn off the two step factor nonsense. I went from upset and in tears, to laughing and joking. He was more than helpful and I appreciate real conversation.

The representative was so helpful and patient with me this evening! He walked me through exactly what needed to be done to get my email confirmed and verified. He never made me feel slow or silly and encouraged me to ask questions. He spoke to me in layman's terms instead of in computer programmer terms which made me feel very comfortable.
