great customer service!The gentleman I spoke with today was very kind, patient and helpful.I had to get my website fixed as it was originally through Vistaprint and sold to wix and they had told me it was all third party through Namecheap so I went right to the source and got everything resolved!

Someone who has the knowledge and the right attitude to want to fix the issue. If he or she doesn't know they have someone close by that does.

When I retired I was advised to "start a company" by getting a professional email address. I did this through Namecheap and it has been very helpful. When conducting any business I use my professional address, not my personal email address. As a CPA, I still do taxes for some people. I don't need a website so just an email address is perfectly

Happy to take your money then block you from accessing the domains. Due to 'verification' even though I have given them what is requested, 2 days later and no access and useless customer support!

I've owned a digital marketing agency since 1999. Since around 2008 Namecheap has been our go-to hosting and domain provider for our clients. This was driven primarily by their outstanding customer service. Sadly my team has been witnessing this slide over the past year and dramatically in recent months. They seem to be going the way of many companies who would rather increase profits than invest in quality human support which creates fans of your customers. We've begun the process of moving our clients to companies who appreciate the value of taking care of their customers.

She also explained to me how I can benefit on using the free website that’s given to me and she was able to, answer all my questions. She was very thorough very detail and very courteous.
