I'm glad they reached out to customers because it's hard to let them know a problem. I got some resolved on our website but since we have two websites it didn't get all resolved. Just let them know if you do pay for the service, you'll get shut off after 10 years.

I'm using Go Daddy for the 3rd year, and so far I'm very happy!

I am a premium customer of Namecheap since many years. Recently Namecheap employee stole nearly £ 2000 from my account by charging randomly. Namecheap agrees on wrong doings. It has been over 3 weeks but they have not refunded money. I will seek legal actions as I do have all the proofs.The standard of customer service has dropped and Thier employees does not care about customer. Really disappointed.DO NOT TRUST A WORD FROM THEM. MOST OF THEM ARE UNTRAINED AND CARELESS.

I’m not very tech savvy. I called a month ago and got help loading a video. Then I forgot how. He led me through the way I did it before, but it didn’t work. He was able to go about it in a different way very patiently. Hire more guys like Rob.
