I listed my domain instalador.com for sale on Namecheap, and it was sold through their partner platform, Afternic, in August. Unfortunately, my experience with Namecheap has been highly disappointing. Despite the sale being completed, I have not received my payment for over a month.Namecheap facilitated the sale through Afternic, yet both companies have failed to resolve this issue. I’ve had to chase after them multiple times, and even after being promised a scheduled payment date, nothing has been delivered. The lack of communication and accountability from Namecheap, as the parent company, is frustrating and unacceptable.I expected a company as large as Namecheap to provide a more reliable and responsive service, especially when it comes to handling financial transactions. The fact that this has dragged on for weeks without resolution, despite Namecheap charging a 15% commission, is highly concerning. I am not satisfied with the service and would advise others to be cautious when selling domains through this platform.UPDATE: I previously shared my disappointment with Namecheap and their partner Afternic regarding the sale of my domain instalador.com. Unfortunately, the situation remains unresolved, despite multiple follow-ups.Namecheap informed me that the payment had failed due to an issue with my bank details. However, after logging into my Afternic account and confirming that all the information is correct, I was surprised to find that they had not notified me of any failed payment attempts. It’s concerning that Namecheap and Afternic have been unable to process an ACH payment to Bank of America, the second-largest bank in the U.S.This lack of communication and failure to resolve such a simple transaction is frustrating. I’ve provided additional information, including screenshots of my correct bank details, yet the delays continue. Namecheap’s service has not lived up to expectations, and I remain unsatisfied. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform for domain sales, as my experience has been far from smooth.

Joshua was amazing. He took much time and extra care to help me re-sign for 3 years for my online store, and get it back up and running so that I can service my customers. He was very knowledgeable,polite, helpful and patient, as I am not good with technology. Once the work was finished, he took extra care to explain things and walk me through how to log back into my WordPress site.
