I love that I can always get ahold of someone at Namecheap and they are always so supportive and friendly and make sure to fix whatever issue I have. I’m not very techy so it’s reassuring to know there is someone on the other end taking care of things (even when I don’t know what’s wrong or if I’ve screwed something up with my DNS settings lol). I’ve used the text, live chat and phone calls and have had amazing customer service on every one!

Namecheap's Hosting service is really bad. I bought a hosting plan for 3 years but after 1 year, the website store working. I have contacted their team for the last 1 year they are still unable to solve my problem. Every time they made lame excuses. They I did and it started working after 48 hours but after 48 hours problem still. And sometimes they buy their other services then it. But Still the same issues.

4th time,great service,cheaper than the dealer and done in an hour or two depending on problem.excellent results
