I had been using the service for several months and very much enjoy Namecheap over shopify and etsy for sales as you can personalize nearly every detail of the experience. Unfortunately I had not been able to budget for it since I have a newborn and forgot to cancel it and they charged my card since I had automatic renewals on, I called customer service and they were able to cancel my account and issue a full refund. I have more than just appreciation for this company I also have respect as they were willing to help me solve the issue that was honestly my own fault. I hope to be able to budget to use the services and products again! Thank you Namecheap

Customer service was very high level. The representative was helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I appreciate having someone immediately validate snd calm my frustration and resolve my issue with ease.

Customer service is not helpful most times. It's pretty much a dice roll. I've been with Namecheap for 3 years. 3 times now they have managed to alter my ability to either make an income or create its foundation. I pay a constant fee, but it seems that ever year i receive a little less for the price that i pay. When i 1st began at Namecheap, we had the ability to send "Paylinks" as a form of receiving payments. I no longer have that ability. Also, the paylinks were attached to webpage that allowed your customer to log in and pay. Also, no longer have that feature. And now i can no long "Alt Text" my photos. THIS, directly applies to how much traffic i receive online. I've wasted an hour placing 2 phone calls to Namecheap in an attempt to get this system error at least addressed. They hung up on me. You know, that happens a lot over at Namecheap too. They have no issue placing you on an extended hold and allowing the call to become disconnected. Personally, i don't find Namecheap to be trustworthy company, surely not a trustworthy business partner. Namecheap has lost my support. This has been my experience. You may do as you please. Scam Master!Namecheap has emerged as a highly questionable and untrustworthy entity, unlike any I have encountered throughout my life. They have repeatedly taken down our website on multiple occasions. It appears that our business competitors have compensated them, resulting in the removal of our website three times. Regrettably, we experienced a similar incident today, as they have parked (hacked) our business website, rendering it currently inoperative. For the sake of transparency, we are providing the last six digits of our Namecheap customer account number with this communication. Customer number: 705730. Furthermore, we present our website's name here as evidence of our website's removal by Namecheap. Our website name: "Alpha Green Innovation" According to numerous professionals, such cyber misconduct and scams has not only affected us but has also impacted many startup companies, as reported by the many users. Namecheap's actions suggest they are engaging in unprofessional tactics against their clients. This situation clearly implies that Namecheap is involved in dubious and unlawful activities, collaborating with malicious cybercriminals to park (hack) clients' business websites. The act of parking or hacking a business website constitutes a serious cybercrime. We intend to pursue this matter further. We express our disappointment in Namecheap for their unprofessional practices.

Not refunding according to the refund policyI've wasted HOURS on chat and emailing back and forth to try and get the refund I'm owed. Every time, the customer service assistant eventually tells me I WILL BE REFUNDED and then...I'M NEVER REFUNDED. So much time wasted on this, I've resorted to informing anyone considering Namecheap - the product is rubbish and has so many limitations on the website builder, it's completly useless and there are much better alternatives.
