I had a terrible experience with Namecheap. They suddenly blocked my account without providing any reason or prior notice. I had five active websites hosted, all of which are now inaccessible. I’ve tried reaching out to their support, but I’ve received no clear explanation as to why my account was blocked or why my websites were taken down. The lack of transparency and poor communication has been extremely frustrating, and this has severely impacted my business. I would not recommend Namecheap to anyone who relies on consistent service and support for their online presence.

Was having an issue with Microsoft Word. Explained to do some things on my own - if that didn't work, call back and further research will be done. I told him about my business and he suggested a cost-effective program that I can pay on a monthly that will review my website and write content for FB ads. it starts immediately with a Welcome phone call to learn more about my business. I'm looking forward to seeing success with this.

purposefully repeating the same comments over and over despite already having written evidence that your team has approved and attempted these refunds. It has been requested in a timely manner by me originally, then it was delayed by your team, then your team used their own delay as an excuse, then repeatedly your team have confirmed to process the refund only to fail to do so each time.This is not acceptable, it is fraudulent, and is in direct breach of accc regulations so cannot be done. This is a reportable incident

DOMAIN ADMINISTRATOR
Had to wait a month to receive a response to my refund request exception form for a domain that was only 2 days past the cooling-off period. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, no one was able to assist, and I was repeatedly assured I would receive a refund, which never happened. This has been a really disappointing experience, particularly as a long-time customer with multiple products hosted on Namecheap. I will not be renewing my services at the end of the year.

absolutely rubbish customer services. There email service upgraded one of our accounts but at the same time downgrade it so charged us twice, they wouldn't refund the error, it then cost us another £112 to upgrade this email again so overall over £250 to upgrade an email to give our staff member now storage on there emails. safety say we are looking to transfer our emails and websites away from go daddy. We will never use this hosting provider again.

At this time, I believe every business owner should call and speak to a representative about what they offer for Marketing. It’s absolutely incredible because they take care of everything and is literally completely out of my hands to take care of. Dream come true. Will be sending his boss and if I can get a hold of his bosses boss. A five star or ten star however you write things.
