Dustin followed up and made sure to see things through to the end with no real downtime of our website. Whenever I have called support it has been quick with my issue being taken care of usually without having to be transferred.

I called Namecheap support twice for assistance. The first time Ava at support was VERY helpful & assisted me in evaluating multiple, unused personal domains & making decisions for managing them better; I ultimately decided to call back & upgrade one website plan. I called back 2 hours later but had a very different experience where the rep was clearly preoccupied with NON Namecheap issues and be less than focused on the additional product I needed. As a result, I still don't have my website upgraded. She did tell me my phone didn't display my caller id so Ava (the first rep) gets 5 stars, the 2nd rep offsets this review to 3 stars. I'm still a bit disappointed (translation: upset) about my lack of updated website. Thank youI did receive a follow-up request from Namecheap which has not yet taken place, but as the follow up is greatly appreciated, I am amending my review to four stars.

The Namecheap support is mixed regarding knowledge. Ian was extremely technically knowledgeable, patient and he solved an issue that an earlier support agent could not solve and told me that I needed to purchase extended laptop support.

The customer service rep was extremely helpful, efficient, and fixed the issue right away. Things will break down from time-to-time. As long as the company is willing to fix it in a timely manner, I will pay higher pricing for great customer service. Also, very helpful that the customer service rep spoke clear English as opposed to most companies today who sell out to offshore companies to save on the mighty dollar. Such a shame these companies don't prioritize "customer service" as a part of their business that should not suffer; equally important as marketing, sales, and development.
