Once I spoke with Customer Service, the experience was great. The problem is getting to Customer Service. For some reason, the U.S. Namecheap site I was logged into gave me the U.K. Customer Service contact info. I had to search for the U.S. contact info. I feel Namecheap uses more real estate on selling more products and services, than on helping customers with their current products and services.
