He spent an hour on the phone with me walking me through the steps of migrating an email and business account. Our website was really slow in loading and going from page to page. We had a great customer service rep, Andrew, who was committed to helping us. He was professional enough to pass our case on to the computer engineers who deal with our type of issue. They examined everything carefully, always providing results. Provided the changes discussed and now the site is performing as it should. Andrew stayed on the line with us for as long as needed. He even advised us about a new rule, not GD's, and we opted to upgrade our SSL service. Namecheap provided the best customer care as it has done for years.

I do not know anything about setting up a website but Ian helped me and made the process very easy. He also said that if I have issues I can email him and he would help. Most companies in general you have to call the customer service line and hope for someone competent. I am thrilled to at least have someone to answer my questions. Thank you!!
