BIG SCAM!They will waste your time, if you want to buy a domain, avoid them, as they do what they want with their domains, you cant trust them.Bought one domain, and I was fighting with them for 1 month, they sent me 2 refunds without any warning and specific reason, and then, the domain was available again, like nothing happens, while I was not able to start my proyect waiting to give me the domain.Its a joke this company, the chat assistance its a circus, everybody was trying to avoid me to chat with me, they were disappearing without any help.WASTE OF TIME

I have been on with Namecheap for 5 hours asking for a refund, basically my Microsoft business professional renewed and I didn’t want it, I asked for a refund of £230 and to pay for the lowest plan at £43, they gladly took the money out and told me that they refunded my money and that it would take 5-7 days to be refunded, I waited and got nothing, I went back on and asked for it again, got told there was never a refund done, then got an email saying I got refunded £94 and £115 store credit, I have been on with them for 5 hours with names constantly changing and going around in circles, I am getting the £115 refunded but haven’t been told if I’m getting the other money, so they are happy to take money out but not give money back, use the website but don’t go for the trash expensive one or expect a refund to be easy. Trash costumer service.

Without informing or alerting, without authorizations they charge me and auto renewed the domains and rejected refund! I never authorize to automatically subscribe it! Scam. And after contacting them they said they would response within 7-10 business days but no any response after 20 business days!

I found the customer representative spoke clearly and understood my needs. I was also happy that I did not have to wait long to get support.The online chat support was excellent too.

So disappointed! Have been using Go daddy for years but the quality of their service is declining by the hour. Their customer service is horrible and the wait time to get someone to speak to you is not normal. I'm moving my accounts one at a time to other companies. Such a pitty for the most expensive company when it comes to website solutions to have the worst service ever.

Experience was amazing, I do not have much knowledge on how this domains work, call to see if i could get an understanding on what I should do, finished the called knowing everything and half of it being done by the representative.
