Namecheap bundled services in a fashion that is difficult to navigate, and in a week, I was charged for four domains and website hosting, which I did not sign up for. Namecheap said I only had 48 hours to cancel, and I didn't see the chargers until after 48 hours. Use Square Space, and don't use Namecheap. You have been warned!

As usual with this group....nothing got fixed. Namecheap is without a doubt one horrible company once they have your business. Well as you can see Namecheap Supervisor reached out and left me a message today 5/9/25 3:09 pm. John asked me to call 480-366-3336 to help with my issue(s). I called....guess what, that is the general number for web services and no option is available to speak to anyone in a supervisory position or that you were returning a call as asked. So after waiting for 4 cycles of menu's it defaulted to a que and when answered I explained that I was returning a call to the supervisor. I gave the agent my name, my web site domain, my phone number but no....I needed to "be verified" first and they needed to send a code to my email. That doesnt work!!! That is one of my problems and when I explained they said they could not connect me to the supervisor. I asked that the supervisor be notified and to call me and I also said I would post my latest service letdown by Namecheap....They should just change the name to GotNoDaddy! And so far no calls from them so as I said.....if you want HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE then GotNoDaddy is your Huckleberry....
