Great Customer Service and Support!I recently transferred my domain to Namecheap. My previous provider had anywhere for 30-120 minute waits to speak to someone. Namecheap has been 2 minutes or less and the have been able to resolve my problem with the first call. The customer service people and friendly and knowledgeable. (Travis helped me today and he was amazing) I highly recommend! So glad I made the switch!

I need to get my domains renewed. The paypal site was not cooperating with me. I called customer service and the gentleman that helped was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me get my domains updated and my payments processed. I love great customer service! It's hard to find people to do things correctly and professionally. Thank you.
