I have been a customer of Namecheap for many years. The company has gone through many changes in those years. It started out great, then degenerated in to the staff just trying to sell you something that was not needed, but made the representative a few more bucks. My experience with Enzo today has reinforced my faith that Go Daddy is now on a better path than they have been for the last 2-3 years.

The technician work with me very well. It took a while for me to be able to explain to him my problem at no fault of the technician or my problem than his, but he was very patient and did a very good job helping me resolve my issue.
