An error was made by your company when I recently purchased a domain name that cost me over a month of valuable time when I was trying to launch my new business enterprise.

I've had my domain for 10 years setup through Namecheap's "free" wordpress option and have paid them thousands for domain hosting, protection and advanced security. I just discovered the theme used changed a year ago and Namecheap's customer DIS-SERVICE department is holding me hostage saying firstly they don't have the expertise to help me - I must try contact WordPress which is impossible as I don't have an account with them. They also simultaneously admitted to having "experts" that I have to pay $160/month to fix the issue. What a money-making racket with no appreciation of loyalty or the thousands I've spent. My site has been down for a year with no warning/notification and they're not taking responsibility for the product they sold me. They should pay me $160/month for every month it's been down!!!! Avoid them at all costs.....

Namecheap always provide excellent customer service and my issues are resolved quickly with step by step solutions.

Elias patiently led me through the mobile client access to email mess that Microsoft has foist upon the world recently. That interrupted my email mobile experience across two different ISP/email providers (Namecheap and another). Now, I am back in gear and I remain a happy Namecheap customer.

Excellent customer service, helpful and patient.

They can close you account anytime without even explaining any reason.By the way my account was not closed because of any violation of the Terms of Service and they also charged a transaction fee for the service that was not performed. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional.

My first website with them never worked properly and after many unhelpful phone calls to them I gave up and had intentions of going elsewhere once the 2 year contract was upHowever Namecheap automatically took over £400 out of my account for a new contractTrying to get that back was like walking up hill in treacle My only option was to change the website altogether to a more simplified set up Once I paid for that which was cheaper ,they finally refunded meI am now stuck with them for another year

Customer service rep (Jonathan) was FANTASTIC to work with. I have had a number of sites through Namecheap over the years... setting up a new one today and closing down some old ones... Jonathan helped me save a ton of money AND get everything I needed for my new website by converting (prorating?) the current features I had purchased for other sites but wasn't using to the site I am working on building right now... so very happy with my experience today!

i send one packet 19th feb and paid for it but 7 april i got new invoice to pay 660kr extra which is totally fake and the company wrote fasle data. my paket weight was 25kg and i put 2kg extra but the compay saying weight is 35kg.

Long time Namecheap customer, this is the worst it has ever been. I have had to pause my day for nearly 30 minutes while trying to set up an email address.The microsoft end of this is horrendous, 30 minutes and still no access. its a damn email address, i am no behind with my day all for a simple email address.useless.

The lady that helped me solve my email issue, was so polite, professional and funny!! Felt like she was an old friend!

Money went missing from the account saying Namecheap took it, customer servive says ask the bank, bank says, ask Namecheap and Namecheap says they cant give me info as its private....hahahaha, really? you take money from my acoount and they say its private what they did with that...scammers! And when calling their number, my phone says: the number you are calling to, is reported spam...thats something new....what kind of a company is this? Thieves, nothing else.
