Life’s biggest mistake was to go with go daddy . After few months with them my emails were compromised before we were with 3rd party providers shardainfosys I had no issues but with them I spent triple amount of money and today they were like you didn’t bought secure service that secures your email. So again paid $600 but no solution as according to them it will take 7-8 business days to fix the hacking issue . Really disappointed and frustrated they are just ripping people out for money. No support no fast service.

Update: I was contacted by Chris at Namecheap. He said he would review the recordings to find where I was promised a refund, and contact me back. He called back the same day and let me know that he will be processing the requested refund. Thank you Chris, you are a blessing to Namecheap and they do not deserve you. That being said... This was a LOT more difficult than it needed to be and I am still moving all products away from Namecheap. Horrible experience. Transferring all products over to Hostinger. A Namecheap representative promised me a refund on website design services. They did not uphold their end of the contract and did not manage my website as agreed. Repeatedly tried to get support / changes and they ignored my requests. Then when I finished discussing the issue further with my business partner I called back to get the refund processed and they refused to give the refund saying it was out of refund policy. If a representative of a company makes a promise to a client the company should honor that promise regardless of policy. In my experience and in my opinion they broke contract and essentially cheated me out of money and then lied to get me off the phone. If I could rate them lower than 1 star, I would.
