I had an issue with a domain transfer. Two representatives Bryan and Teresa helped me

The wait time was minimal. The representative was knowledgeable & explained things in a non-techie manner.

The lady was very helpful, courteous and took care of my problem immediately

Online technical support is very good

Communication between myself and the customer service representative was great. He was able to resolve my issue with the help of his manager. My call may have taken longer that normal due my issue, but once the issue was resolve I felt like he was rushing to get off the call.

The representative, Yamin, answered questions, made suggestions and resolved my subscription problems in one call. I’m on my way to making better customer contacts and dressing up my webpage with the Namecheap tools/tips suggested. Friendly, efficient service!!

Building my new website is easy, reliable and fully serviced

I paid for a website / email / domain plan, then i had to pay for the website plan, but then when I just wanted to amend my site description on google so it doesnt just say go daddy, I was told I needed to pay again for a premium service, really unclear pricing structure, this in my view is definitely not a " Free Website", currently the website builder servers are down as well, I have been sat trying to reload with support team for 40 minutes and there is no time frame for a fix.Update - now 5 hours in and still not got anywhere, I have paid £170 in website upgrades just to try and add a Meta description cant speak to anyone, every bot response takes 5-8minutes , this is horrific

I woud recommend Namecheap to anyone. They have 24/7 service! It gets no better than that. Their ability to assist and achiee the goal is unmatched.
