Cristina did an excellent job with listening to my issue, informing me of the steps that were needed to resolve the issue and then when she was successful in enabling me to receive emails, she told me about another issue with my website and offered to assist me in getting it back in working order. I am sure she would have done a superb job with this; however I did not have access to my PC which would have made it easier to get the website working again.

I was asked to pay 140$ to renew my domain after the first year although I had automatic extension on. They didnt alert me about any problem and then one day after the extension day they sent me an email that there is a problem with my payment method. They said that due to a system error I was not notified earlier about the bank problem and asked for a 130 dollars redemption fee.

Namecheap purposefully denies and complicates Domain Transfer !!! In any other domain provider you can just go and initiate transfer, but in Namecheap you need to CALL to a number, which goes through a whole reporting and choosing system, only to be told in the end to CALL TO ANOTHER NUMBER ???Then the lady gave the number without the prefix and does not even know which country this number is?Just SO unprofessional.Why do I even need to call anywhere?

I just dont know what to say. I've been trying to cancel my domain because i need it on another provider, (i cannot transfer it i had to cancel it) the oerson i spoke about it on chat told me it will happen in the next 2-3 weeks, one month later, nothing happend..Then i try to use the chat again (i use the chat because thats the only thing in my language). But the chat just doeat work if i click on it it keeps loading and the dissapears, tried my pc, my tablet, on my monile date nothing.. so then i called,I speak decently english, but i couldt understand a word what the guy said, gave me the feeling it was some sort of robot or something, then it or whatever told me that i will get an email conformation that i wanted to cancel it. Then i got the cancellation email, needed to confirm it, so i sent the confirmation back. Then i get an email from google or something unknown recipiant. I'm so done with this company do not use it!!!!! 0 stars if i could.

We have been with Go Daddy for years. The packages we have purchased in the past have been excellent until yesterday. We had started a new company so since we were already loyal customers with Go Daddy we started there. I went on to purchase a domain name, domain protection, and email essentials with what thought we were going to receive was the free website starter as they have in the past. When we made our purchase, it clearly said a starter website site. Well, we got a one page that you could only view in an iPhone view on the right of our screen. We then attempted to try other ways and kept coming up this same way so we contacted Go Daddy and the rep we had was amazing however, she said that even they were blindsided by this new change and that Go Daddy no longer provides a free starter website so you can browse though, see what works for you and purchase a package. Nope, we were told in order for us to any further that this one page, we would have to purchase another package and spend additional mines first before we were able to continue. Mmmmm, can you say, this is deceptive advertising and in fact "Bait and Switch"? It sure is. There was no way around this, so we decided to cancel everything we have with Go Daddy which are several websites, email accesses and many more functions because Go Daddy flat out lied to our team and now falsely advertised. Go Daddy, you have ruined a very good relationship with a loyal customer from over 15 years. You should be ashamed of this and your actions.

This company is OK. It's good that you can buy websites here and my customer service agent was great, but two frustrating things happened with my order. First, the interface asked me to enter my tax number but then told me this was 'invalid', which was odd and irritating. Second the .com version of my new website was listed as 'taken', but the interface said that 'maybe' Go Daddy could still get it for me if I paid a large 'broker fee'. This is frustrating because I'd bet the only reason they said it's 'taken' is because I searched for this site one month ago. Basically, Go Daddy knew I was interested and tried to use this information against me. Not nice. My advice is to only search for a site when you're ready to buy it, since if you don't buy it then and there Go Daddy might use your interest against you.
