I have several domains with Namecheap. Recently I changed my phone number, and overlooked that 2SV is enabled on Namecheap.I have been trying for the last two weeks to resolve the situation and regain access to my account. The chat team were, frankly, appalling, asking me four times within a single session what it was I was trying to do, and failing to help me at all. This was after submitting their 'lost 2SV' form asking for their intervention. The form was resubmitted several days ago but as yet no response has been received.

What l dislike is that when we are not doing the right thing for the business And we need to give people good examples of our business Because the business is Okay

They took 450 US dollars for two years hosting and web site recovery. Technical support promised me more than once they will put back my web site online and it gas not been done. When i call i m put on hold until my line breaks so i have to call again and again. The site is still not on and they left me with added new hosting which i didn't want in the first place but i was promised it will be for my existing site. This is happening in November 2024. Be smarter then myself and stay away.
