Going on one week without a functional website! Moviestarswinetours.com does not work! Down a week! Outrageous! The preliminary looked great but the real website is NOT working! As soon as the site went live the design team was nowhere to be found, talked with someone this morning because I had to wait all weekend - forgot about the 24/7 support, that's fiction... Still no working site, customers cannot book. I want money back!

We purchased around eight domains and have been trying to access our account and update our payment information for several months, starting as early as September. I have contacted Namecheap’s phone support team and live chat approximately 30 to 50 times, yet no resolution was provided until recently. Each time, I explained my situation and requested assistance, but the issue persisted, leaving me unable to log in or renew my domains.Now that I have finally regained access to my account, by linking my Google account . I am met with redemption for over £800 fees on top of months of frustration caused solely by technical issues on Namecheap’s end. update: we showed them a clear video of glitch of their system not allowing us to pay , then forcing us to pay the redemption fee becuase of delays of their systemThis is absolutely ridiculous and feels like price gouging. The delay was entirely beyond my control, yet I am being penalized for your system’s shortcomings. Bear in mind my domain expire in October 18 of this year2-24 , and I have been trying to login to renew these with countless requests to Namecheap regarding this issue, so my domains dont get deltedted, now it's only December and they want to charge me £800 more when I'm only supposed to pay around £120 WOW, To make matters worse, despite the number of times I’ve contacted your support team, it seems no one properly documented my case or escalated it for resolution. How is it possible that after 30 to 50 calls and chats, this issue was not handled promptly? This lack of accountability and customer service is completely unacceptable.We have spent months complying with your policies, updating you on the issue, and trying to resolve the matter, yet you have not helped us at all. The amount of time I’ve spent on the phone and live chat with Namecheap – hours upon hours – has been a complete waste. Your customer service has been nothing short of disgraceful.We will be filing a formal complaint with third-party agencies to retrieve our domains, and leaving this review on Trustpilot, Twitter, and any other platforms, and considering further action. Namecheap's customer service is appalling, and I strongly caution anyone against using their services.UPDATE:thier response via live chat about this situation absolutely unacceptable. they stated, Your representative Komal Singh initially stated, "I assure you that we would have already removed the redemption fee if it was on our hands," which directly contradicts the fact that this is entirely within your hands. I have contacted Namecheap 40 to 50 times since September, both by phone and live chat,all recoreded to address my inability to access my account and pay for my domains. Despite my continuous efforts, your company failed to provide a resolution in a timely manner. This situation has caused me significant distress and wasted countless hours, and now I am being unfairly penalised for Namecheap’s lack of support. To hear that your team could waive the redemption fee but is choosing not to—despite the clear evidence of negligence on Namecheap’s part—is beyond frustrating. This shows a total disregard for customer service and accountability.This situation is not only ridiculous but also borderline unethical. Your team has made me waste countless hours attempting to resolve an issue that could have been easily handled months ago. To now claim there is “no possibility” to waive the redemption fee, despite clear evidence of Namecheap’s mishandling, shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and accountability.Even after escalating the matter to your supervisor, the response remains inadequate. It is clear from your message that the supervisor reviewed the situation and still failed to acknowledge the facts:I have been trying to access my account and pay for my domains since September.I have made 40 to 50 calls and chats across your India and Canada support centers, detailing my situation repeatedly.The delay was caused entirely by account access issues beyond my control, not negligence or lack of effort on my part.the claim that there is “no possibility” to waive the fee is unacceptable, especially considering that this situation was caused by Namecheap’s own system and support failures. This demonstrates a complete lack of transparency and customer care.I have now lost months of time, endured endless frustration, and am still being penalized for something that could have been avoided if your team had addressed this properly when I first raised the issue.

Go daddy is trying to shove there Conversations App down the throats of all of their hosted websites. Which means They are trying to Hijack all communications that YOUR website generates, now has to go thru Conversations and the only way you can see your emails (that used to go direct) is by using there app. They claim they can not turn it off because its now part of the Website builder plan. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am currently searching for another hosting company.
