I use Namecheap for my domains and did not have any issue unitl this year. I have been charged 3 times for the same Microsoft 365 essencial Package, i called the number 2 times and while 1 of the package has been refunded, the second one has still not. I have completed the form 2 times already and both of the time the refund has been refused. The office tells me i have the right to have a refund, but the department that deals with it refuse it to do it without adding an explenation. Do i really need to call 3 times ( including today) fill 2 forms to see that i own 1 email and dont need 3 licenses for the same microsoft 365 essencial package? seems to me really simple to understand...

Ridiculous. Domain renewal price suddenly increased by almost 50% when the date draws nearer. The price is totally different from the email notification that i receive a few days back from Namecheap.. They are just blood sucking your money every year. I dont think i will ever purchase domains from them anymore.
