Beware cancellation policy. I took out a Microsoft 365 policy with Namecheap on 13th February 2025 at over £47 and cancelled it in writing (on the WhatsApp App) the following day after difficulties setting it up. My refund was rejected ???? As a matter of ‘policy’. This was a shock and contrary to their own reported policy and basic consumer law. Not to be trusted. I recommend staying well clear of NamecheapThe Namecheap response to look into the matter was itself a further scam there was no contact, no attempt to rectify and return the money. Just silence.

My representative was exceptional. We had to review some very detailed changes to the website. She took great notes and was very patient as we navigated through all of the details. She explained the update process and when the changes would be going live.

Customer service team was great, karla was very helpful and professional in making sure we had my issue with Microsoft resolved.

The worst. Nickel and diming customers. Could not host a basic WP site. Cron issues. Security issues. Site went from 1k visitors per day with SiteGround to less than 100 visitors per day with Namecheap. Awful experience.Edit: As is typical with Namecheap, I did not receive an email requesting more information. I can't tell you how many times I was told something with zero follow-through. I have used many hosting companies with my clients over the years. Namecheap is without a doubt the bottom of the barrel.
