i thought switching my email to them. It was a nightmare their chat was only chats foe day. I wasn't receiving emails or sending them since March 6th. i never try their chat. to get some one to help you if you get lucky after 2weeks this lady in the afternoon helped me but i still cant sent mail.Cherry Lou was the only one who set me free from the nighmare.

Quick, cost effective with super helpful staff that are agile in their responses

I have been using Namecheap products since 2007. I have had nothing but excellent service throughout the years. The representative that handled my questions tonight, Ronald, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was as resolved and my questions were answered.

Hayley was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, calm, and incredibly patient. She made what could’ve been a frustrating experience feel easy and even uplifting. Namecheap is lucky to have someone like her on their team—she truly went above and beyond!

Reasonable pricing and decent customer offers. Down side is that the online web management is complex, and auto-renewing is a pain. Upside is they have good telephone customer service.

Namecheap always "picks up the phone". In a day and age where chat and email are the norm for getting support, it is comforting to know there is ALWAYS a Namecheap person on the line in 2 minutes. I know I will have my questions answered and issues solved with someone who is HAPPY to help and take as long as it needs to educate and assist. I find myself saying to the person on the line "I just love you all at Namecheap!" after every call...seriously. It's so nice to have such amazing customer service!
