They gave me a one year free mail then charged a lot of money to keep using it .I do not feel fair :/all other provider DO give it for free but they charge and not just 2 penny if you know what I mean

I had difficult remembering my pin number and this was resolved very quickly. I could clearly understand the technical expert who spoke to me as his diction was excellent and he was very patient and understanding. He stayed with me until I made sure that I could get into my e-mails. This was the problem I asked for help with. He also offered me an offer for a renewal due soon which I accepted.

We have been a customer with Namecheap for 12 years. Then they decided to remove our domain due to not updating our ABN, it then took them 5 days to update it, all while we had no website or access to emails. What should have been a 30 minute job, and eventually was when we got a man by the name of Rupert on the phone. Namecheap in my view is a global company with overall rubbish service and loyalty. If they had more people like Rupert they would be a better organisation.

The representative was helpful and got the job done.
